A city girl through and through, May Foo was born and bred in Kuala Lumpur. Armed with a degree in Mass Communications from Curtin University in Perth, Australia, she has a serious penchant for fashion journalism.

She kickstarted her career in communications by freelancing for several local fashion and lifestyle magazines before jumping ship to what she calls her “true calling” as a Public Relations consultant in a local PR agency, where most of her clients are fashion and lifestyle-based.

Citing travel, music, books and browsing through as her favourite past times, she draws her style inspiration from her many globe-trotting adventures to exotic locations and discovering the locales. From gypsy-inspired peasant skirts to black-tie worthy jewellery, she likes to believe that she has done it all.
